About Me
Coaching Pickleball players in the Naples, Florida area is what I really enjoy today. I come from a Tennis and Platform Tennis ( Paddle ) competitive back round going back to school teams, and as an adult included trips to the National USTA 4.5 adult Tennis leagues and playing in the National Platform Tennis championships . For my career, I directed the teaching programs for a couple of very active tennis clubs and camps on Long Island, New York and Massachusetts . I always stress the fun side of Pickleball, which often includes joining a group and developing great on-court tactics with your doubles partner. Focusing on competitive Pickleball in Naples since 2014 I have competed successfully in numerous doubles tournaments ( US OPEN Gold , Veterans Park Championships Gold). As a team captain and program organizer, I have learned how many people reach their full potential as players. My goal is to help each of my students to surpass their current challenges and help them to approach their next conceivable higher level of play.
Teaching Style
I am first of all a coach Certified IPTPA . Meaning , I will help you to stop doing things that are contributing to your loss of points. Since as many as 70 percent of points end by unforced errors, concentrating on what hinders your game is the quickest way to make your game better. I believe in match play, point analysis, video feedback and learning the structured rules of strategic Pickleball. We can have great success with doubles teams or your group of three or four players. I can come to your facility or I can secure a court for us (possible guest fees may apply).

Todd has over 50 yrs of sports teaching and instruction, He wrote a book for tennis ( Tennis winning sysyem) and has won countless tournaments over his lifetime. Recently he won a GOLD medal in the PICKLEBALL US OPEN, here in Naples and has continued his love and passion of racquet sports.
