About Me

I am a Montclair, New Jersey native with over 20 years of tennis playing and coaching experience. I have previously served as an assistant coach for the men’s tennis team at Army West Point, and played high-level tennis from junior USTA tournaments to both D1 and D3 college tennis, at Sacred Heart University and Allegheny College. I later discovered pickleball and has quickly developed my game. Along with being a certified RSPA Elite Tennis Professional, I am also a certified RSPA Pickleball Professional. I have competed in both singles and doubles tournaments in 4.0-5.0+ divisions, and maintains a 4.0+ DUPR in both. I am sometimes available at the Jersey Shore in the summer as well.

Teaching Style

Depending on the player's level, I will run either higher level drills/point construction/strategic play or basic fundamentals of the game with a beginner. I believe in mixing in live-ball with structured drilling in order to maximize the duration of the lesson. I will look to focus on the player's strengths and hone in on the importance of using them while also improving weaknesses
