About Me

Hi, my name is Thomas. I am an enthusiastic and friendly tennis coach with a lifelong passion for the game. Growing up playing tennis, I gained valuable experience teaching kids during high school and two summers in college. At Clemson, I played club tennis, further honing my skills. I have coached USTA teams and participated in multiple leagues over the years, keeping my love for tennis alive. Now, I am excited to return to coaching, driven by a genuine love for the sport and a desire to help others improve their game in a positive and supportive environment.

Teaching Style

I excel at breaking down the fundamentals, conducting drills for each stroke and various on-court situations. In private lessons, we will learn how to bring the whole game together during a match, focusing on strategy and shot selection. Tennis is like chess, not checkers.
