About Me

My approach to coaching is to collaborate with the client. Each client has different requirements. I speak with each client prior to any lesson so I can understand exactly what they are looking to achieve. Once I have an understanding of what they need we will develop a plan based on those requirements. I take a methodical approach to coaching and build on existing skills. We will talk about each drill or exercise before we begin so the client knows exactly why we are doing those drills. I like an open dialogue and encourage clients to provide feedback before, during and after each session.

Teaching Style

Each lesson is a stepping stone to the next lesson. We take a very deliberate approach to whatever we are working on. We will break down everything to a manageable level so the client knows exactly what to do. Then we will drill and make adjustments in real time by stopping, adjusting and starting again.
